Esitmates are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
If budget is of concern please contact KB Design to discuss.
The project brief is to be provided in writing, once received artwork turnaround can be between three days and up to three weeks depending on the current workload. If there is a requirement to meet a specific deadline KB Design will prioritise accordingly.
Artwork quotes cover the specifications requested, supply of final text and 2 sets of authors changes - an hourly rate applies for any further changes thereafter.
If estimates are accepted terms are as follows: 50% deposit of total quoted work is required to begin work, balance due strictly 14 days from date of completion of work.
Final artwork approval is required by the client before production, once reply of ok to proceed any errors are the responsibility of the client.
If you wish to cancel a product or service you must inform KB Design in writing.
Fees associated with the work completed to date will require payment.
Fees may apply to late payments.
If completed archived artwork files are required to be supplied to client the hourly rate applies for this service.
All goods/services are owned and copyright to KB Design Studios until paid in full.
